Holt Brothers and Wake Tech Community College announce the 2017 Holt Brothers VMCCA Endowed Scholarship. Established in 2016, the Holt Brothers VMCCA Endowed Scholarship supports minority students who successfully complete their studies at the Vernon Malone College and Career Academy and wish to matriculate to Wake Tech to pursue additional studies. This scholarship is awarded with respect to both financial need and academic performance.
All Applied Engineering and Technology programs are eligible, with preference given to students pursuing a degree in Construction Management. There will be one scholarship recipient presented with a onetime award of $1,000.

The Iota Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc Scholarship Program is available to high school students who will maintain full time status at a nationally accredited, post-secondary four-year institution beginning in the fall of the year. Applicants must meet all of the eligibility requirements and deadlines to qualify. Scholarship awards should be applied toward tuition, room, board and books and range from $1,000 to $4,000.
The application packets must be emailed or postmarked no later than April 15th.

We are again pleased to announce the "All Ways A Scholar" Scholarship in partnership with the Perlman Foundation. Youth (rising seniors) participants can receive up to $2500 to pay for expenses while attending a 2 or 4 year college.

The NORTH CAROLINA CENTRAL UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, INC. offers several “NATIONAL ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIPS” to students at North Carolina Central University. These scholarships vary in amount and may be renewable annually for up to four years.

Eligibility: African-American male high school seniors residing and attending school in Wake or Johnston Counties with good scholastic and leadership records are eligible for the scholarships. Students selected to receive the $1,000.00 scholarships must be accepted to a four-year college or university before the scholarship is actually awarded.
Procedure: A student must submit a formal application to be considered for this scholarship.
